Precautions for installation of aluminum alloy saw blade

Carbide insert circular saw blade specially used for blanking, sawing, grooving and grooving of aluminum alloy materials. The following small series will introduce the precautions for the installation and use of aluminum alloy saw blades.

1. During installation, check whether the saw blade has cracks, bending, tooth loss and other phenomena.

2. After the saw blade is installed, it must be confirmed whether the central hole of the saw blade is firmly fixed on the flange of the saw table, and then gently push the saw blade by hand to confirm whether the saw blade rotates eccentrically and shakes.

3. The cutting direction indicated by the arrow of the saw blade must be aligned with the rotation direction of the saw table. It is strictly prohibited to install and place the direction. The reverse installation of the direction will lead to the tooth loss of the saw blade.

4. Before use, let the saw blade rotate for one minute before cutting.

5. It is forbidden to reverse, which will lead to tooth loss and serious danger.

6. The saw blade shall be wiped clean before installation. If there is resin on the saw blade, it shall be wiped with diluent.

7. The flange gasket must be kept clean and flat during each installation.

8. Do not exceed the specified maximum speed when using. (the maximum speed is about 4200, and the domestic machine is about 2500)

9. During installation, first confirm the performance and purpose of the sawing table to avoid accidents.
